Kimberlie Russell Promoted to Assistant Vice President of Contracts

November 7, 2009 - Virginia Beach - Kimberlie Russell at Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC, has been promoted from to the firm’s Contract Manager to Assistant Vice President of Contracts.  Russell has been with the Virginia Beach-based defense contractor since shortly after the organization’s creation in August 2007. 

Kim is responsible for cradle to grave contract management from proposal  development and contract negotiation, to project control and accounts receivable.  Her background in accounting allows Russell to take a well-rounded approach to contract administration. Kim has extensive experience and understanding of GSA contracting and revenue analysis.

Kim Russell has fifteen years of industry experience and is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College.  She is a proud supporter of The United Way and has dedicated years of service to the Girls Scouts.
