Katherine Espiritu Ciesielski Joins Valkyrie Team as Firm's Public Relations Manager

July 29, 2009 - Virginia Beach - Katherine Espiritu Ciesielski has joined Valkyrie Enterprises as the firm's Public Relations Manager.

Kat earned her degree from Virginia Tech, where she studied Communications and Psychology. For the last decade, she has worked in government public affairs (at MSCLant) and corporate public relations (PR) at one of the area’s top residential real estate firms. She is a published writer and award-winning PR practitioner with experience in marketing, advertising, graphic design, television production, branding, and corporate communications. Accolades Kat has earned include a 2005 PR News Corporate Social Responsibility honorable mention, 2006 “Rising
Star” awarded by the Hampton Roads Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and in 2007, Kat was named to the “Top 40 Under 40” list by Inside Business, Hampton Roads’ business journal.

As Valkyrie’s Public Relations Manager, Kat’s duties include all aspects of public relations including, new release writing, speechwriting, briefings, exhibit services, the graphic design of publications and marketing collateral, videography and photography support, multimedia support, and special events.
