Valkyrie Enterprises Successfully Completes State's AIM Program
January 13, 2010 - Virginia Beach - Valkyrie Enterprises has completed the Virginia Economic Development Partnership's Accessing International Markets (AIM) Program.
Launched in December 2005, the year-long AIM program helps Virginia companies pursue leads in one new target country overseas. AIM accepts 20 Virginia companies per year and is highly competitive. “AIM jump-starts the development of international business by connecting companies with public- and-private sector resources as well as practical tools needed for successful export sales,” said Elizabeth Morgan-Brown, AIM Program Manager.
Danny Redmon, Valkyrie's Vice President of Operations, stated, "Among the strategies that Valkyrie Enterprises has in place to grow its business is to partner with International companies in order to introduce new technologies to the US Navy, which is one of our customers. These partnerships will poise Valkyrie to meet our military customer's needs as we research International requirements. The end product results in tactical and strategic engineering services that answer deficits in areas such as Ballistic Missile Defense."
